Terms of Service (Maintenance)

Summary

By signing this agreement, the Signer/Client has retained C2 Digital (“Developer”) to proceed with website maintenance services starting on the date of signing, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

 

Terms

During this period, Developer agrees to devote up to the chosen hours above per month towards website software updates, bug fixes, and content updates. Work will be performed at the offices of Developer. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9AM - 5PM EST weekdays.

 

Recurring Billing

By signing this agreement the Client agrees to allow C2 Digital to automatically charge the Credit Card on file once per month.

 

Task Completion

All tasks will be completed within 2-3 business days of when the task has been created or marked can start (whichever is later). This does depend on the type of task and if it can be completed within the timeframe.

 

Warranty of Work

Our warranty of services rendered will conclude at the 3 month mark from the project completion date set by C2 Digital. Any adjustments made by the client after the project has been completed that affects the theme code, will void our warranty of services rendered.

 

Unused Hours

20% of the total hours purchased in the month can be carried over to the next month. The Client is encouraged to use the full amount of retained services per month.

 

Cancellation

This agreement may be terminated anytime with a minimum 30 day notice before the next billing cycle, by simply emailing your Project Manager.

 

Refunds

All maintenance packages are pre-paid and non-refundable.
